Tuffnells sent me a text on Monday to tell me my bed would be delivered. I took the day off work. No sign of bed. They then sent me a text on Tuesday- my daughter waiting in until 1500 and had to go out- no sign of bed and no way to tell if it was an am or pm slot. Giving me the drivers name is absolutely fruitless if I can do sod all with it!! Got home on Tuesday evening to a calling card. Wednesday- another text. My daughter waited in all day. No bed. Thursday- no text, no bed. Friday- another text to expect delivery. My daughter waited in ALL day again. I had a text at work telling me the bed was delivered. Got home NO BED!!!!!! Whoever the hell Jason is, has delivered my bed to an ‘Ali’ who signed for it!!!!! Who on earth will sign for a bed for a neighbour?!?! Bear in mind the estate I live on is empty!! I have emailed Tuffnells several times - I cannot ring as every single number is out of service or ‘does not exist’! Absolutely appalled. The worse customer service I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. AVOID at all costs.
