NEVER TOUCH THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING TOTAL DISGRACE. I posted an ebike with this company over a month ago that cost me 2800 pounds . Since it was picked up it has been reported to me that it had made it to a depot in Maidstone since then I've had emails telling me it was lost now a friend of mine who works for this shambles of a company eventually found out that it had only made to Haydock but still lost , after another search it was found in the warehouse thank goodness NO since then it was supposed to be on the way back to me but now lost again totally unbelievable. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE REALLY THAT BAD.
