I was supposed to receive a parcel today 17th April between 0900 and 1300 as per email received 1045.
It did not arrive. I rang at 17.14 to find out why. After 20 minutes the phone was answered by a very obnoxious lady who told me I was in the wrong and that it would be delivered by 6pm.
Unsurprisingly nothing arrived. To say the very least I am very annoyed as I had specifically arranged the delivery date 6 days earlier.
