I’ve managed to find some directors email addresses I’ve sent them a few hundred also without response. Please feel free to email them. Coronavirus is a godsend for this shower, a great excuse for their rubbish service. However I contacted their sales team with a bogus enquiry this morning and you’ll never believe it I had a reply within under 40 minutes. Just goes to show they can reply when there’s the possibility of a few more quid to be had for the greedy fockers.
