Would give zero stars if it were possible.
Order supposed to be delivered 12 days ago. No idea where it is. Phone unanswered. Referred to local depot - phone unobtainable and different name - Coopers Carriers. Found different location for Coopers who agreed existence of order but said had not received it(!). 3rd call - Coopers did not answer until I used different phone, then hung up when I said hello! Coopers and Tuffnells all tied in together. AVOID!
