Coronavirus has absolutely destroyed this company. They’ve now lost two larger, valuable parcels on their way to Northern Ireland.
Customer service is non existent, on the off chance you do manage to get through to them you’re fed lies and misinformation to get you off the phone.
Absolutely shocking service, they should be shut down.
