Requested a refund after I couldn’t get a tutor. They ignore you and don’t get in touch. The only person who is responsive is the social media person who seems to be kindly flagging the issue to the right team but doesn’t get my refund. They then delete my comments warning people not to use them. I paid over two months ago and still have no lesson and no refund. Awful service! AVOID THIS COMPANY.
