I didn't check reviews before jumping in. Booked a native German tutor for the bargain price of 33euros for 90 mins. I had to pay for 4 lessons upfront.
Now the tutor is unavailable. There isn't anyone else listed who is a German native who is the same price.
There is someone available but they charge twice as much.
There isn't a dedicated customer service email address to write to. Just the people on live chat.
I've requested a refund. I've had no response.
