I was originally frustrated by the shipping process which turned out to have been a computer error on the part of the Royal Mail tracking service. Having received the departure board I couldn't be more pleased. Although living in Arizona (USA) I'm a frequent traveler to the UK and an avid watcher of Geoff Marshall/Jago Hazzard's videos on the tube. The board was easy to set up and get going. Their website is fantastic in terms of all the customizations you can make. I also really appreciated the pre-sales support in answering questions promptly and clearly. I'd recommend this to anyone who likes to follow UK transport.
