Good Website and goods arrived promptly. Unfortunately, 2 of the items I received were not quite as ordered. In one case a cooton teatowel replaced a linen one, and in the other an apron replaced oven gloves. a phone call corrected this. I was requested to return the incorrect items, but the cheapest rate and email my postage receipt. My postage cost would then be re-imbursed. This has not happened. It was only £3.20, but the whole exercise cost AT LEAST an hour of my time!
