I'm amazed that Ulster Weavers have asked me to review my recent shopping experience with them, given that it was absolutely awful. As they sent me only one item instead of the two I had ordered and paid for, I got in touch with them but no reply. After that, I sent a further three messages, all of which have been similarly ignored. This is extremely disappointing as I had always rated them very highly. I see that one or two other customers have suffered a similar fate, not that that's any consolation. So, I'm GBP15 out of pocket (not a lot, fortunately) but ultimately, it is Ulster Weavers' loss. I won't be shopping with them again, nor will I be recommending them to anyone else. Appalling!
