I ordered two mugs and when they arrived, one was broken. I emailed customer services and there was a delay of around a week before they came back to me. They did send a replacement out for the broken mug I had received... But the replacement arrived broken as well! I was in contact with them again and a third mug was sent out and was intact. The mugs are great, very pleased with them but was disappointed with the faff of having to ask for replacements.
