First of all, you never reply to my emails!!! I was wondering for many weeks why I haven't received my parcel yet since I have paid EXPRESS International which costs 15,90€ and I found out by myself that you have sent it via UPS as a STANDARD shipping method and not as an Express!!! How this can happen???? Secondly, I paid 10,79€ taxes in advance and I didn't have any information from your company and customer service that once the parcel comes to Greece specifically in Athens, I must pay taxes and custom clearance 66,02€!!!! UPS call me yesterday in order to inform me and ask me what I want to do with my parcel!!! Imagine the parcel it costs 55,72€ and today I must pay plus 66,02,€!!! Total cost 121,74€!!! No comment!!! On of the reasons, that I have chosen and this time to buy from your official website was my nice experience that I had from my previous order, last year! More specifically, I received default products and I had a very nice communication with Mrs. Lauren! She paid attention to the problem and I was really satisfied with such a nice customer service! I believed in your brand but now I have the worst experience ever!!!
