I made 2 orders. One had items missing that I had paid for and I had to contact yourselves about the missing items. It took a while to get the missing items! The other order was returned at my own expense as the items weren't like I expected them to be. I returned them as directed by yourselves. My return then got lost in the post and I had to claim a refund via the post office which took some time. My refund from post office was only received yesterday. I dont think I will be using Ulster Weavers again as I found the whole experience not what I would have expected.
