I placed an order on 10/21/23. My credit card was charged on the 23rd, and I received shipping notification on the 24th with a UPS tracking number. This number was useless though; all it told me was that a label had been created; beyond that, the package did not appear to ship. I had to send multiple emails before I finally got a response, and the person did not answer my main question, when could I expect my package or should I cancel the order. FInally, on November 21, after another email, I was informed a new package would be sent. It's now November 28th. I don't know if a new package has been sent or not. I love the products, but customer service is awful and I won't ever order directly from them again.
