1) Ulster weavers doesn’t handle tax issues for deliveries outside the UK. UPS does it it and charges fees for that and you receive no warning. Only a notice to pay. In my case 35€ for a 65€-purchase. This adds up to the 15€ delivery costs.
2) UPS stole the content of my order. Instead of 10 items, I received only 2 cushion fillings (without the covers!) in a torn and reseated poor quality bag. Despite my claims to Ulster weavers and UPS, 2 weeks later I’m still waiting for reimbursement.
