Repeat customer and on this occasion left very disappointed. Missing item from an order - alerted customer service and their response suggested that I HAD recieved the item - but that UW were sending the item I paid for, as a '...gesture of goodwill' !! When the missing item arrived - it was clear it would never have fitted in the original package as too big !!! The replacement package took a while to find me as despatched without a name on it ... I have never had a problem like this before, but really disappointed at how this was handled not sure I will be back.
