Unfortunately the goods I ordered did not fit well ( not the company's fault ) so I requested a return , which the company were happy to do . I did have to chase up the refund a couple of weeks after it had been returned , but on my email they then acted quickly , efficiently and in a friendly way to credit my account . Their customer service team did very well after a nudge - hence not the 5 stars :-) .
