Not very good customer service!
Unfortunately UNIK Clothing sent out a wrong item in the delivery. The items that were correctly delivered are great, but unfortunately the process to get the correct item dispatched is taking along time. I’ve had to return the incorrect item and wait 5-7days for it to be received and processed before the correct item will be sent out. I personally do not believe it’s acceptable to be kept waiting over 2weeks for UNIK clothing to rectify their own error.
