“Bought items including socks. When my parcel arrived it was in good condition and everything was as described..apart from a pair of socks was missing! I contacted UNIK CLOTHING and they sent another pair. Unfortunately I didn't receive them! I contacted UNIK CLOTHING again. Another pair of socks were sent out and I finally received them. The only down side was ..they were part of a gift.which was given minus the socks. Anyway..10/10 for Customer Service fixing my issue. I would order again as Customer Service were EXCELLENT!!”
“Very happy with the clothes I kept. But the fact that I can’t get a refund for those items that didn’t fit me, or feel right, is a big minus. I get that they were sale items, but it’s just not a customer first policy. Will unfortunately not be purchasing from here again (except to use up the credit I’m receiving instead of a full refund, essentially forcing me back, not a great feeling…)
I do most of my shopping online and this has never been an issue elsewhere. Such a shame as I do like the options you stock, the independent nature of the company and the general vibe.”

It would have been a gift that I needed on the 12th day (the day it arrived), but it arrived too late. Now I need to personally ship it out of the country.”
