“I ordered a tracksuit matching set size small , I then checked the order and it was s top and XL bottoms , I directly messaged to amend the order and had no response. Now they will deduct £20 to send it back”
“I can see in the tracking information that the order is marked as delivered to my address. However, I have not received the package. I was at home all day and no delivery was made. I also checked with all my neighbours and none of them received anything on my behalf.
This concerns an order worth €70 and I do not find it acceptable that it is considered delivered when I have received nothing. Therefore, I contacted UNIK Clothing 3 times and got a poor response only after a couple of weeks.”

It was ordered on December 13th and according to the website should have taken 3-5 business days and it is now January 1st and I can not even track it. I was unable to give my niece her gift and only got an email once I had emailed saying that getting orders to the US had been difficult. I spent so much money for a sweatshirt and a beanie hat and still have. Itching to show for it.”
“I ordered an item as a Christmas present on 13 December. As of 29 December, the order has still not arrived. There was no information or communication beforehand on the website indicating that the order might not arrive before Christmas. Overall, the service was poor.”
“Was excited to order from you guys but sadly I never recieved my order. I ordered on 9th December with the hope that would be plenty of time before Christmas - as plastered all over the website. By the 19th I had emailed customer services, they responded very quickly with an offer to ship another order out asap to still get there before Christmas. I had to pick another item from the website as since I placed my original order one of the Ts had gone out of stock. I replied within half an hour with my news T preference but since then, and several emails later, I have had no response. I have been reluctant to write a scathing review in the hope we could resolve the matter but since my emails have been ignored it felt only right to let others know. I am still £60 down with no package and no one responding to me...”
“The worst experience possible. I still haven’t received the express post item I ordered in November despite reaching out on multiple occasions for help. I’m not quite sure why I am being asked to write a review about something I’ve never received. It would help if people actually responded to emails after having read them in full rather than just an automated response.

“Appalling brand - false advertising of a product. What is described as ‘pink’ turns up a completely different colour to the description and all the pictures.
Product returned unworn within days - nearly a month later no sign of my refund and UNIK are refusing to refund postage and packaging.”
“My delivery got lost, and it wasn't noticed until I inquired. Then a second delivery was arranged, which also arrived late. I ordered express shipping and waited over two weeks in total. They only agreed to refund the express shipping costs after I specifically asked. Their customer support is abysmal; they only respond to the first message sent via the contact form and then never reply again. I've ordered from them once, and never again.”
