However be aware you cannot get a refund for any items in the sale, I bought a hoodie which was £48 down from £60 in two sizes to ensure it fitted correctly, and now I can’t return one for my money back, only store credit. 🙄 frustrating when it was always my plan to return one hoodie, to save multiple deliveries. Ensure you read the small print in returns policy.”

Ordered 2 more, 1 came wrong, managed to just change this one, not really what you need this time of year. However customer services did reply each time on the same day and I think all the sweatshirts are nice, but will find out more at Christmas”

“The product was great but I asked for an exchange as the t shirt was too big. Nothing arrived for a month and then I had to email to chase at which point it arrived a few days later. The email I got when they realised the replacement hadn't been sent was very unapologetic.”
