“Initially great, nice products and prompt delivery. Returns process not so good, firstly had to pay to return. Item was delivered via tracked 2 days later, still now 7 days on not heard anything regarding my size exchange. No replies to my emails as of yet either. Poor return/ exchange process.”
“Great quality of product and delivery time however, ordered a Large T-shirt for a 6ft athletic man who wears a Large in all clothing and it’s far too short. Had to post it back today to get an XL hopefully I receive it as a priority”
“Instead of my delivery, I received someone else's delivery. Then, I was refused the correct shipment of my order until I returned the other person's delivery. In other words, it felt like an eternity before my original delivery arrived.

“Really underwhelmed when my hoodie arrived. I love the design and Guinness collaboration but the quality of the garment and printing was poor. It looks and feels like a fruit of the loom/Gildan hoodie with a nice design (poorly) printed onto it. Wouldn't be an issue if you were hot charging a premium price point.”
