“I love the colour and the fit of my new sweater and i knew, it would be a „used/vintage look“. But i have to say, it looks a little bit more „used“ than expected. And on the inside theres a lot of „Fussel“(don’t know the english term). I will keep the sweater anyway, but not 100% happy”
“I placed an order with you guys and you left out of my shirts from the order. I ordered like 5-6 pieces of clothing and the one shirt I wanted the most out of order was left out… I didn’t really want to fill out all of the instruction/take pictures/sign documents to have my 1 shirt resent to me (even though I still want it anyways since I paid for it & never received it.) a little annoyed but the other shirts I ordered that did come - were nice pieces of clothing.

“Not very honest with refunds. I returned an item and selected refund, after them trying to convince me to exchange it for something else. It send money would be returned 3-5 business days after item returned. Three weeks past, I’d almost forgot about it. Then remembered and checked- no refund, so I chased it. They again tried to convince me to exchange it for something, I said no I’d like a refund. And they did it. But if I hadn’t of chased it, I don’t think I would have got a refund at all despite them saying it was being processed.”
“I started off really liking this brand and I do really like some of the clothes I have bought (including recently re-buying an item I lost at - festival). But, if you stay subscribed to the constant emails from them, you quickly realise they behave in a misleading way. For example, they claim they rarely have a sale, but they have them all the time. The nail in the coffin was when they put the WHP collab in the sale just a few days after weeks of hype and been given “exclusive access” to the products pre-launch. It’s starting to feel very much like fast fashion in disguise and I’m over it.”

“Product is fine. Item was delivered to the wrong address, contacted the company (using the feature in the website) to ask what address they had posted it to but didn’t get a reply. Luckily the person it went to drove to mine to drop it off but would have been helpful to get a reply to help me understand what had happened (I.e. if it was posted to the wrong address or if it was Royal Mail mistake).”
“The items of clothing I have received came in good time and are of excellent quality! However one of the items is different to the one I purchased. I will be giving this as a gift for Christmas as it might be ok however I would like to be able to get a refund if they don't like it as it is not the one they requested for a present.”
