Not very honest with refunds. I returned an item and selected refund, after them trying to convince me to exchange it for something else. It send money would be returned 3-5 business days after item returned. Three weeks past, I’d almost forgot about it. Then remembered and checked- no refund, so I chased it. They again tried to convince me to exchange it for something, I said no I’d like a refund. And they did it. But if I hadn’t of chased it, I don’t think I would have got a refund at all despite them saying it was being processed.
