“Unfortunately, my order has still not arrived two weeks after I placed it. The website states that delivery to Germany will be made within 4 days. I am a little disappointed and would not order again. On a positive note, customer service responded quickly, even if the information content of the reply was very limited.”

“I am pleased with the clothing items but not pleased with the non-transparency of tax fees and lack of replying to my emails. I intentionally ordered 3 more items to get free shipping in the check-out only to pay about 50 Euros worth of tax fees. I contacted customer support, but got ignored twice. So even though I really like the clothing items that I bought, I will most likely never order at unikclothing again.”

“I have already SENT AROUND 5 emails saying the same thing. I received my package, but it didn’t even arrive at my house as you had stated it would. I was told it would be delivered within 2-3 days, that’s why i paid for express delivery, but it took almost two weeks. On top of that, it didn’t arrive at my address - I had to go pick it up myself. To make matters worse, I was charged an additional $25.
This is a joke! In total, I paid almost 60 CAD for delivery, which is almost the same price as the shirt itself. This is ridiculous, I really hope and expect you to do something about this and be fair by refunding the delivery costs.

“I have to say I'm pretty disappointed with my Guinness collab t-shirt and a peaks and pints t-shirt order. Both medium.
The Guinness one first perfectly but the logo faded significantly after 1 (one) cold wash. And the peaks and pints t-shirt - although it says medium is actually at least an XL.
I have previously emailed to see if this issue could be rectified but recieved a message to write a review before anyone has actually got back to me.
The price point for these t-shirts is fairly high to have experienced the issues I am so early, so I'm not particularly satisfied.”
“Sizing is all over the place. For some colors White Small fitted me, however, none of the other colors did, which is a bit weird. Also, arranged returning two items via their recommended provider, however, it's been over a week and my return hasn't arrived yet, meaning I can't get a refund or change the two items that I returned. The support team has replied, but waiting over a week for a return from Ireland to the UK is just too much.”
“Have ordered from UNIK before and always been impressed as I love the brand however when I received my order last week I noticed it had mould spots on the white part of the back of the sweatshirt where the design is. I reached out to customer services, however this was a week ago now and I haven’t received a response. Really poor considering the price, as I mentioned I love the clothing and brand but would be extremely dubious about ordering again after spending over £50 on a sweatshirt for it to arrive mouldy and to receive no response.”

“Disappointed with my first order. The jumper was much darker than the light cream colour shown on the website and the quality in my opinion was not up to standard for the price I paid. I have been trying to return the item and an still waiting on a response to my last email sent 6 days ago. The cost to return the item is double what I paid for delivery. I support independent small brands but I expect the quality and service to be on point.”
