I have already SENT AROUND 5 emails saying the same thing. I received my package, but it didn’t even arrive at my house as you had stated it would. I was told it would be delivered within 2-3 days, that’s why i paid for express delivery, but it took almost two weeks. On top of that, it didn’t arrive at my address - I had to go pick it up myself. To make matters worse, I was charged an additional $25. This is a joke! In total, I paid almost 60 CAD for delivery, which is almost the same price as the shirt itself. This is ridiculous, I really hope and expect you to do something about this and be fair by refunding the delivery costs. Looking forward to your response.
