“This is my 2nd order from UNIK the first was seamless, the quality of the clothes and the delivery were great which is what encouraged me to order from them again. Well its been 2 weeks since my order I've received nothing but an order confirmation, no shipping info or tracking details. I've sent 2 emails chasing up my order, just wondering if its been lost in the mail or if not been sent yet, any information would be nice, no response to either as of yet. I'm not really that bothered about how long its taking but I really need to know if I've missed a parcel and its been stolen or is waiting to be collected somewhere. Any contact would be nice please.”
“Bad Costumer Service. Need ages to reply, do not inform you if your parcel went a wrong way and was sent back to them. Wanted to charge again for the next shippment. 8€ for Shipping and the packaging is very cheap… Never had a 40€ shirt arriving like Shein.”
“Have ordered here before and they have great designs with good quality however for my latest order i have got an email that a shirt that i ordered wasn't on stock… mistakes happen and that got dealt with in a good manner.
but now a week later i have run in to the problem that they havent send anything. When i check the ups track and trace it says that a label has been made but ups has not received the parcel yet. Did try to contact unik to ask for an update but i just received the same track and trace number which says that ups has not received anything.
So at the moment im kind of stuck and with out my order, which is disappointing because it now has been almost 2 weeks since my original order and 1 week since they mailed me with the issue of an item with a few days to go before a festival where i wanted to wear some of the clothes i have ordered.
Hopefully i still can receive my order in time but my confidence in this happening isn’t very high at the moment”
