I am pleased with the clothing items but not pleased with the non-transparency of tax fees and lack of replying to my emails. I intentionally ordered 3 more items to get free shipping in the check-out only to pay about 50 Euros worth of tax fees. I contacted customer support, but got ignored twice. So even though I really like the clothing items that I bought, I will most likely never order at unikclothing again.
