Good quality and value of products. Your tone of voice is cheapening the brand - the independence rhetoric might work on relatively immature “fan” type people, but they aren’t the ones with the most money and over time it might make them feel like they’re growing out of it despite the clothes still being appropriate. There are quite a lot of marketing touchpoints early on. The website is nice to use. I wish you had more unbranded / low-key options.
