Poor quality, boxy fit and profit from returns by charging delivery both ways plus a fee. Bad business practice from a company pretending to be a 'small family business'.
Sadly they've put a lot of effort into their ad campaign with Guinness but the product itself is bad, and you're left with a big bill to return it.
