I ordered a hoodie and 2x t-shirts turned up. I was open and honest with them and all I was offered was 10% off my next order after sending the tops back and I have only just received my hoodie over a week later. This is poor for me as I did tell them I work away so it wasn’t an easy process to return the items.
I have told UNIK I will not be using them any further unfortunately.
