Made an order and one of the items was out of stock due to a site error.
Which is fine, I replied to the email stating my preference for an exchange but that was six days ago and I’ve heard nothing back since.
No idea if my order has been changed, dispatched or what is happening at all. Tried to get an update today but again nothing back yet…
