Without a doubt I would recommend purchasing from this company. I bought a hoodie which was too small and returned it. The item was credited to me as I had bought it on Black Friday and so got a discount. Full price items get full refund I believe. I didn’t mind this as the clothes are fantastic quality and knew I would use the credit. I bought a replacement sweatshirt in a larger size and this arrived very quickly. Great customer service, easily contacted and Grace was brilliant in dealing with my queries. Very truthful responses and very transparent. I will definitely purchase more items.
