Wrong items delivered, received someone else’s order meant to be sent to Australia. Support were initially responsive but was surprised when they offered a resolution to let me keep the wrong items (at a discount) that are not my size or what was ordered. No response from support now after declining that offer and seeking correct items despite multiple follow ups. Not great support and doesn’t fill me with confidence to order from the store again.
