I ordered a T shirt for my daughter's Girlfriend but unfortunately my daughter gave me the wrong item to order. The returns process was really good and I was able to exchange which most companies won't let you do and you have to return it, wait for the refund and then re-order but with UNIK I had both options. Communication was quick and helpful. A small error in an overpay was quickly rectified. Definitely recommended
