Horrible Customer Service! I bought tickets for an In This Moment concert which was set for may 2020 and it has been MONTHS before they processed a refund, apparently they do not have the technology to do this like the rest of the technological world. And now to get a refund I have to either have PayPal - which i don't - or save my banking information on their site? If they can't process a refund why on EARTH would I give them my banking information to SAVE??? I tried calling and can't reach a human - my order ID is no longer valid and they just hung up when I put it in. I will never be using their services again and encourage others to do the same as they just want to keep your money and not help you at all.
