Wish I could give zero stars. I've been totally mislead by Viagogo. I purchased tickets for Mario Biondi for next Aprul. After I research the face value of the tickets are £32.50. I looked at Viagogo because I used before they were slightly more expensive at £79 for 2 tickets plus £2 each ticket for be email delivery. I thought that's ok I needed a trusted site. But how wrong I was. When I checked out by PayPal it still said £83. It was only when I checked the confirmation email its said £163.55. Ive contacted Viagogo and they said this is the breakdown and will not refund the tickets Price Per Ticket: 58.94 Ticket Cost: 117.88 Buyer Fee: 33.93 Shipping Fee: 4.95 Buyer Vat: 6.79 Buyer Total: 163.55 How can it be so different. The shipping to start should be £4. The price per ticket should be £39.50. I dishonest company do not used!!
