DO NOT USE VIAGOGO EVER!!!! Bought tickets for Euro 2020 (now Euro 2021) in February 2020. Event was postponed due to the pandemic. There has been a lot of articles in the news saying that the organizer provided refunds due to pandemic, because of reduced capacity in stadiums and changes in venues. I tried to get an answer from viagogo multiple times, but never got a real answer from them. There is a section in viagogo related to your purchase tickets and a date that says that they should send your tickets no later than a specific day. That day kept being postponed, multiple times, without any warning. I tried to message them multiple times and call their phone number. Never got a chance to talk to an agent as their line is too "busy" and they hang up on you. After multiple attempts, I asked to bring my case to a supervisor/manager, never got a reply from them, but received a notification that they will refund my tickets. Lots of time wasted in this whole process without having any real or decent customer service. AVOID AVOID AVOID, or you may never get your tickets/money back.
