Zero stars are what is deserved for what amounts to a criminal organisation. Their claim that ALL costs are identified in advance of the purchase is simply a lie. An additional £35 added post purchase authorisation to “fund the Viagogo platform”. Totally dishonest and unscrupulous. I had used the site a couple of times previously (seriously inflated prices but at least it was the price advertised) but never again. This lot should be closed down if the regulator cannot impose severe minimum standards. Customer ‘service’ utterly diabolical and ‘provided’ on a premium rate number outside the U.K. Avoid at all costs. An OCG in my my opinion. Buyer beware: please read the myriad negative reviews.
