First and last purchase. Had a problem with the tickets with the tickets I purchased. Tried to contact Viagogo for three days before concert. Called their number, put on hold for a couple of minutes then then was disconnected. Never had a chance to speak to anyone. Missed concert. Will go back to Ticket master
