Bought 2 tickets then after not receiving them logged on and they had cancelled with no explanation. They confirmed 3x that they had not taken payment but my statement showed they had.
Bought elsewhere for £70 less. Then started receiving emails about the event so I messaged to say they had cancelled on me and again confirmed they had not taken money.
Found a Fb page dedicated to helping Viagogo victims
Took advice from there
Asked Viagogo for my personal data, screenshot evidence that the venue would only accept tickets from official sellers.
Anyway just had another call now saying I am getting a full refund. Don't give up, keep messaging them.
