The date of my event was changed by 24 hours and I was never notified. This is the response I received from them (1 week later after several attempts to get a response) "Unfortunately, we are not allowed to offer you a refund for this order. The email you have receive about the Date and Time was to be confirmed by the event organiser." Will never Unfortunately, we are not allowed to offer you a refund for this order. The email you have receive about the Date and Time was to be confirmed by the event organiser." I recommend avoiding this company at all costs and use any alternative that you can.
