When I bought my ticket for the Rolling Stones for 25 June the ticket was originally to be sent via courier. I was notified in mid June that this would no longer be the case, and that the ticket would be sent via an app to my phone. As I do not have a smart phone I was unable to consider this option.
I was on the phone virtually every day to Viagogo, and in the main they were unhelpful. I was told on several occasions that I should borrow someone's phone in order to receive the ticket. This is a non starter - who would lend me their phone for a day?
Eventually I was told that the ticket would be available on AXS website. My order showed there, but I was unable to print the ticket - Viagogo told me I would be able to.
On one occasion I asked for a manager/supervisor to phone me back. This did not happen.
Every time I phoned Viagogo it appeared that the advisers had a check list of questions, and if I asked anything outside of the parameters, they were unable to give me an acceptable answer.
I am very dissatisfied with the service you provided, and would have given 0 star rating if this was possible.
I will not be using your services again in the future.
