Viagogo is really not trustworthy, besides all overpriced profit, hidden fees and lack of communication and commitment, they decided also to steal my money by saying I sold a ticket I didn’t have. Even though I deleted the selling and then when they said was sold I informed in less than 1h that I didn’t have the ticket.
After 2 months they came charging me a lot more saying they couldn’t replace the ticket sold and charged me 177 euros fee for refund a buyer who "bought" my ticket.
Don’t use viagogo, such a disrespectful scam.
