Initially they canceled the tickets without notice. When I noticed on their website they refused to admit they canceled them but reissued them with a new confirmation number. I advised them 3 days before the concert the tickets had not yet arrived. They said they’d look into it. The tickets never arrived. I asked for a refund. They said we have a no refund policy. I asked my bank to cancel the charge. The bank asked for proof the tickets had been delivered. They sent a copy of the blank form email they send when tickets are sent out as “proof”. Meanwhile they send me a communication saying if I hadn’t involved my bank they would have refunded me but now since my bank is involved they have no idea how long it will take. If I could give zero stars I would have. Avoid at all costs. I’m still fighting for my refund and they’ve had my money since March.
