I took a chance on ViaGoGo and I shouldn't have. This was absolutely the worst service I've ever received from a ticket seller.
I tried to purchase a parking pass to a football game at the stadium lots. What they sent me was a parking pass to some restaurant down the streets that ran a shuttle service.
Several reps didn't seen to understand the difference. They refused to provide an actual parking pass or a refund. I'll never but from them again and everyone should stay away.
