I had such a chill experience booking tickets through viagogo, I've used it a couple of times in the past and I feel that the process gets even easier every time. I went through the order process the day before the event and got my tickets immediately, so there was no waiting around for them to arrive. The day of the event the weather was looking pretty terrible for an outdoor event but I got an email from viagogo advising me of the potential bad weather, precautions I could take, what steps they would take if the event was postponed/cancelled, and likewise what options I would have if that were to happen. Luckily the game went ahead but always good to know options! Thanks to their map I was able to pick seats in a section that would help me avoid the rain, so I stayed mostly dry and had a blast! :)
