I believe there are several areas where Viagogo could enhance the customer experience and reduce the need for customer support. One key issue is how ticket types are currently displayed (e.g., Student Concession, Senior Concession, Full Price tickets, etc.). At the moment, all ticket types are shown together with no option to filter them. This can lead to customers mistakenly purchasing concession tickets, believing they are full-price tickets, especially when the prices are similar. Introducing a filter option at the start of the purchase process to separate concession and full-price tickets would significantly improve the customer experience, decrease the number of inquiries, and elevate overall service levels. As shown in the attached screenshot, there is no option to filter between concession ticket types and full-price tickets, leading to confusion when prices are almost identical. A simple filter option would resolve this issue effectively.
