Was worried that we would not receive the tickets because it is almost impossible to google a good review for Viagogo - so here is that good review - tickets did not arrive until the day of the concert but were valid and there were no issues entering the venue. Viagogo support were very honest with me about the chances of there being a problem when I contacted them a week earlier. They admitted that sometimes problems occur but reassured me that in the instance that there was a problem their guarantee to supply replacement tickets would stand and the chances of replacement tickets were high. We were not able to get tickets from Ticketmaster when they went on sale so Viagogo offered and provided our only chance to see Paul McCartney and I am very grateful to them!
